What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist guests with self‑check‑in/out using our hotel operations app.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and thoughtful service recovery when needed.
- Communicate with guests through text, phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
- Handle payments, complete daily checklists, and maintain an organized workspace.
- Document guest needs, preferences, and follow‑ups to support seamless operations.
- Represent the hotel and neighborhood with professionalism and a positive attitude.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Traits
- Clear, pleasant communication in English.
- Comfortable working on foot for full shifts.
- Basic computer and mobile app proficiency.
- Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability—including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hotel front desk, retail, or customer service experience.
