Roofing experience is not required for the right salesperson.
If you've succeeded in solar, windows, home improvement, pest control, automotive, wireless, alarms, D2D, or another performance-driven sales environment, we'll teach you the roofing and exterior side of the business.

Already have roofing or restoration sales experience? Qualified experienced candidates may also be eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Eligibility and terms are discussed during the interview.

What You'll Do
You'll build your own book of business throughout the Reading market through:
- Door-to-door canvassing
- Prospecting
- Networking
- Building referrals
- Following up with homeowners
- Performing exterior inspections
- Identifying customer needs
- Presenting solutions
- Closing contracts
- Managing your sales pipeline
