Location: Clearwater, MN
Wage: $25 - $35/hr. (Depending on experience)
Hours: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Duties of the landscaping crew lead:
- Direct daily job site activities, coordinate workflow, perform hands-on work, and operate machinery
- Supervise, train, and efficiently manage crew personnel and subcontracted companies
- Communicate production goals and project updates clearly with crew members, supervisors, and clients
- Track and record all job expenses, materials, and employee hours accurately
- Monitor all tools, equipment, and machinery for proper maintenance and safety procedures
Requirements of the landscaping crew lead:
- 1+ years of landscape foreman/lead experience
- Ensure all installation work strictly meets company, client, and industry standards
- Enforce the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a clean, safe job site
