Bartender
Cowboy Mac's and Pope's Pizza are seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented Bartenders to deliver outstanding hospitality and create memorable guest experiences. Whether you prefer the high-energy atmosphere of a country music venue or the welcoming environment of an upscale Italian eatery, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional food and beverage service.
Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
- Build rapport with guests to create a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food, beverage, beer, wine, and cocktail offerings.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through the POS system.
- Verify guest age and compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout each shift.
- Assist with opening, closing, inventory, stocking, and cleanliness duties.
- Collaborate with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with a hospitality-first mindset.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, game days, and for major local events.

We’re especially looking for bartenders who are available on game days, weekends, and for major local events. Our schedule is event-driven, so flexibility is key!
All bartenders are required to obtain and submit a copy of their bartender’s license within three weeks of hire.
