Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with hospitality industry best practices
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations
- Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
- Oversee floor care operations including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and janitorial materials to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests or special cleaning needs promptly and professionally
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial supervision within hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, industrial cleaning procedures, and janitorial best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced setting
