VALOR is an early-stage, AI-native platform helping ecommerce operators make sharper decisions and actually get better at running their stores. We’re past the idea stage — the product is live and onboarding its first users. We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Community Lead to help us find, onboard, and support the operators who’ll shape what VALOR becomes.
This is an early, roll-up-your-sleeves role. You’ll work directly with the founder, wear multiple hats, and have real ownership over how we grow.
What you’ll do
- Find and reach out to potential users, beta testers, and community creators (Reddit, Discord, ecommerce communities, direct outreach)
- Onboard new users and gather honest, structured feedback that shapes the product
- Build and nurture an early community of operators and creators
- Help brainstorm positioning, messaging, and growth experiments
- Track what’s resonating and feed insights back into the product
Who you are
- Comfortable with cold and warm outreach; you don’t mind hearing “no” and you learn from it
- Familiar with ecommerce, dropshipping, or the creator/community world (bonus if you’ve run a store)
- Self-directed — you can own a goal without being managed
- A clear writer who can talk to operators in their language
- Excited to build something early, imperfect, and fast-moving
