Human Active Technology (HAT) is seeking a Shipping Material Handler to help ensure our high-quality ergonomic products are accurately picked, packaged and delivered to customers around the world. What You'll Do
As a Shipping Material Handler, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick, package and prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain organized inventory records through cycle counts and ERP system transactions.

Operate forklifts and assist in loading/unloading freight safely.

Generate shipping labels/documents and verify completeness of orders.

Uphold safety standards and contribute to a clean, organized warehouse.

Collaborate with production teams to meet shipping deadlines.
What We're Looking For

High School diploma or equivalent.

Forklift certification (or ability to pass training).

6 months to 1 year of experience in receiving and inventory control in a warehouse environment.

Basic math and computer proficiency (Microsoft Apps, ERP systems).

Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 70 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Ability to successfully complete forklift certification training.
