Job Summary: The representative will provide excellent customer service, while assisting customers with a variety of parts needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily and operational activities in the parts department to include the following, but not limited to:

Assist customers in identifying parts, ordering manuals and processing part returns

Obtain price quotes and check availability
-
Provide excellent customer service via phone, e-mail or in person
-
Place orders with manufacturers for factory direct parts
-
File and other miscellaneous office duties
-
Other duties as assigned by management
Job Qualifications:
-
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in retail/counter sales. Heavy equipment industry a plus.

Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.

Proficient with a computer, including the use of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to stoop, kneel, push, pull, twist and carry and lift up to 40lbs.

Maintain excellent customer service

Must be able to pass a background, physical, and drug screen
