Duties
- Promote our services online and/or locally
- Generate new client leads through social media. referrals, or networking
- Share post, content, and service availability
- Connect potential clients to our booking system
- Help grow brand awareness in your area
Compensation
- Start as commission-based
- Earn for every qualified lead, booked job, or referral that converts
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Growth Path:
As the business grows, high-performing team members will transition into hourly paid roles while still continuing to earn:
+ Base hourly pay
+ PLUS ongoing commission for referrals and new client generation
So even after becoming hourly, you will continue earning commission on top of your pay.
