Position Summary:
The Craig Campus Assistant will support various departments within CNCC, working closely with the Chief Operations Officer for the Craig Campus. This role is integral to ensuring effective campus operations, community engagement, and event coordination.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage room reservations for the Craig Campus, assisting both internal and external customers.
- Coordinate event setup and take down for major campus events (e.g., Commencement, Nursing pinning).
- Greet and assist visitors, students, faculty, and staff, providing outstanding customer service.
- Offer guidance to prospective students regarding admissions through phone and email communications.
- Facilitate student tours and assist with college community events as needed.
- Record minutes for various meetings, including advisory councils and community discussions.
- Conduct data entry and manage essential information for the Craig Campus.
- Support internal communication by preparing announcements and promoting campus activities.
- Ensure a welcoming front desk environment and assist in directing inquiries during registration and orientation events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software and administrative processes.
- A positive attitude towards customer service and team collaboration.
