Qualified candidates will bring:
- Active Michigan Educator Certification as a School Psychologist (pending credentials not eligible)
- Experience or interest in completing a high volume of student evaluations
- Ability to work effectively with K-12 students, faculty, and parents
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Driven to promote academic, behavioral, and emotional growth for all students
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of IEPs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide direct consultation and recommendations for student interventions
- Monitor and document student progress and outcomes
- Adhere to school and district policies and professional ethical standards
