E80 Plus Constructors, LLC specializes in Railroad Bridge Construction and Engineering. We are one of the nation’s premier providers to the rail industry. E80 Plus Constructors is seeking a Railroad Bridge Laborer with a background in construction. Common duties for a Bridge Construction Team Member include but are not limited to demolition, forming and/or pouring of concrete, installation of steel rebar or structures, repair, or replacement of timber.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability and experience moving heavy objects, climbing, reaching, handling materials, bending, and working from heights.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools.
- Remove and replace track components.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bridges.
- Adhere to railroad safety rules, FRA regulations, and company safety protocols.
- Use Personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices, especially when working at heights or confines spaces.
- Work effectively in a team environment with co-workers, contractors, and other departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications / Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality
Work Environment:
Railroad Bridge Laborers regularly work outdoors, at heights, in extreme weather conditions, and in noisy environments. Willingness to travel 100% of the time to different bridge sights throughout the United States.
Per Diem:
Up to $732 in per diem weekly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
