We are searching for an additional full-time team member (or two part time team members). Dear Yesteryear is an 8000 sq ft shop in Taylorville, IL specializing in antiques, vintage finds, home decor, gift items and more. We also own Elladees Boutique. The ideal candidate is customer service oriented, confident, organized, honest, and enjoys working in a team atmosphere as well as independently when needed. Weekly shifts will include working at both locations. The ideal candidate should also excel at various forms of communication (in person, over the phone, via social media platforms). Retail experience is a plus.
Requirements: Ipad skills required. Must be able to team lift/move furniture. Must be willing to clean (dust, vacuum, restroom, warehouse, paint shop, etc) when needed or requested. Other duties include steaming clothing, pricing merchandise, unboxing incoming merchandise, shipping outgoing orders and more.
Full time employees must be flexible to work 5 variable days between Monday - Saturday 9:45-6:15pm (part time 3 days per week). Schedules will vary each week. Full time associates are required to work 3 Saturdays per month, part time employees are required to work 2-3 Saturdays per month.
Average starting pay is between $15.00 - $15.50/hr.
