We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused team member to join our shop 3-4 days per week from 10am-7pm. Weekend availability required.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve and guide customers through wine tastings, sharing knowledge in a friendly and approachable way.
- Assist customers in selecting wines that pair with meals, charcuterie, or special occasions.
- Teach about and promote our premium olive oils and balsamic vinegars, highlighting their unique qualities.
- Help prep and assemble charcuterie boards and grazing tables for customers and events.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or food & beverage experience preferred but not required.
- Cooking experience required- must know how to use kitchen utensils
- Interest in wine, food pairings, and specialty products
- Will need to be able to taste wine to learn notes
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet during shifts.
- Availability on evenings and weekends
- MUST BE 21+ YEARS OLD. NO EXCEPTIONS
