SCHEDULE: On Site.

DURATION: 6 month contract with potential for extension

ENVIRONMENT: Fast-paced environment, collaborate with local/global teams, and work closely with TPMs and QE's

Anticipate bottlenecks and manage escalations.

Make tradeoffs while balancing customer safety, business needs, and technical constraints.

Drive complex field quality investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action programs.

Improve problem-solving velocity across Operations and Engineering teams.

Establish and maintain pre- and post-launch risk visibility frameworks.

Identify, assess, track, and mitigate product safety risks and field quality issues.

Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Manage quality and safety programs.

Work toward program goals.

Assess product safety risks.

Adhere to SLAs.
-
Create and maintain written documentation and communications.

Interact with Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers, Quality Engineers, Safety Engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Lead field quality and safety initiatives from planning through execution.

Support field investigations and corrective action programs.

1-2 years of experience within Program Management
-
Ability to take technical concepts and translate them for non-technical audiences.

Strong hands-on experience.

Experience working in technical or hardware-focused environments

Hardware experience.

Technical writing and program management experience.

Coding and automation experience.

Quality engineering bckgrnd.

Ability to understand and analyze data.

PMP

Lean Six Sigma

2-3 years of Program Management experience preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of Hawthorne, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
