The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced, confident, and coachable aesthetic injector to join their team full-time. What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA with a minimum of 1 year of injecting experience (2+ years preferred)
- Warm, relatable, and outgoing — someone clients immediately trust and want to return to
- Active, engaged social media presence with a consistent history of posting aesthetic treatments and patient results
- Ability to assess full-face balance and design holistic treatment plans — not just treat single areas in isolation
- Strong aesthetic eye with a philosophy centered on natural, refreshed results
- Deep understanding of facial anatomy and a rigorous commitment to vascular safety
- Confidence to say no to a client when a treatment is not in their best interest
- Ability to lead the consultation and own the treatment plan — you guide the client, not the other way around
- Open to feedback and willing to grow — no defensiveness, no ego
- Willingness to learn and follow the practice’s protocols and brand standards
- Adaptable — not overly attached to “how I’ve always done it”
Preferred (Bonus Points)
- Experience with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT / TRT)
- Familiarity with peptides and integrative wellness offerings
Compensation
This practice offers a competitive hourly + commission structure designed to reward both skill and performance. Exact compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates and is commensurate with experience.
During onboarding, compensation is hourly as you integrate into their systems, protocols, and client experience standards. Once seeing clients independently, commission layers in with clear expectations and support around growth.
This is a strong earning opportunity for injectors who are confident, coachable, and motivated to build.
Schedule
The practice is hiring primarily for full-time availability, ideally 4–5 days per week, including at least one Saturday per month.
