Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Laborer focused on Pallet Repair to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and refurbishing pallets to ensure they meet quality standards, supporting our production line with efficient handling of materials, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in pallet manufacturing, woodworking, and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Repair damaged pallets using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines
- Inspect pallets for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications before reuse or shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols related to power tool safety, heavy lifting, and equipment operation
- Support other warehouse tasks such as inventory management, sorting, and staging pallets
Skills
- Experience with construction, or carpentry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines
- Knowledge of pallet repair or wood construction materials
- Strong understanding of power tool safety practices and proper handling of power tools
- Physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and manual assembly tasks

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
