Our customer service representatives are the daily voice of our business. The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, responsible, friendly, and responsive. This is an in office position.
Duties
Answering phone and emails. Processing orders in the computer. Handling inquiries and quotes. Act as a liaison between sales, warehouse, and customers. Problem solve. Other office duties as needed.
Qualifications
Be accurate and detail oriented. Have a positive and friendly "customer first" attitude. Handle any service issues and problems with grace. Be reliable and responsible. Be willing to learn and ask questions.
About Field Paper
We are an established 109 year old independent paper merchant supplying fine printing papers to commercial printers. Our mission is to promote the printing industry by providing quality papers. To be the merchant the industry relies on.
