We are seeking an experienced Product Strategy Director – Provider Data to lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers. This role is responsible for defining and executing product strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes.
The Director partners closely with engineering, operations, data, design, and business stakeholders to align product investments with enterprise objectives. This leader continuously evolves the product portfolio by leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, large language models (LLMs), automation, and modern product development practices. The role balances innovation with scalability, risk, and governance while translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.

Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred.

8+ years of product management experience

Provider data strategy experience.

Proven success leading multiple products or complex product portfolios.

Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing product teams.

Experience delivering technology-enabled solutions in enterprise or regulated environments preferred.

Data and analytics background preferred.

Deep understanding of product management, product discovery, delivery, and agile methodologies.

Working knowledge of AI, LLMs, and automation, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Experience with AI-assisted product development, rapid prototyping, or experimentation-driven approaches preferred.

Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 161,900 - 269,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
