Customer Service Representative with Graphic Design Experience

Docuvision is a fast-paced commercial printing company seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Account Services Representative with graphic design experience to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in commercial printing who enjoys working directly with customers while also having the design skills to prepare and edit print-ready artwork. You'll coordinate projects from estimate through delivery while serving as a trusted resource for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer print projects.
- Prepare estimates and process customer orders.
- Coordinate projects from quote through final delivery.
- Review customer artwork for print readiness.
- Perform basic graphic design edits and file preparation using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Create and send digital proofs.
- Work closely with customer service, production, vendors, and shipping to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding project status and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Commercial printing experience preferred.
- Graphic design experience required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines, work under pressure, and adapt to changing customer and production needs.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of digital printing, bindery, mailing, finishing processes, and large format.
- Understanding of bleeds, folds, color management, paper stocks, and print specifications.
