Sales Representative – Registered Nurse (RN)
1099 Commission-Only Role – 50% Commission on IV, Vitamin & Ozone Therapy Sales
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our high‑performing healthcare sales team. This is a true 1099 commission‑only role where you will independently build and grow your own referral‑based clientele through strategic networking, community engagement, and targeted marketing.
You will leverage your clinical expertise to educate healthcare professionals, patients, and referral partners on the value of our innovative IV, Vitamin & Ozone therapy protocols while building a sustainable, high‑income sales pipeline. No base salary. No draws. No cold‑calling quotas. No upselling pressure. Just relationship‑building, results, and the freedom to earn exactly what you create.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow your personal client base by:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other referral sources
- Hosting in‑person and virtual events, lunch‑and‑learns, and educational seminars
- Presenting at local and regional nursing, medical, functional medicine, and integrative medicine conferences
- Creating and sharing educational content that positions you as a trusted clinical expert
- Provide exceptional clinical education and product support on IV, Vitamin & Ozone therapies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting relationships into new clients and ongoing revenue
- Maintain full compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States (or eligible to obtain)
- Proven self‑starter with experience building a personal clientele or referral network
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Passion for education, patient outcomes, and helping nurses thrive
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional in‑person meetings)
- General liability insurance required
