Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor with EMS (Executive Management Services) expertise to lead our cleaning operations in Mexico, MO 6265. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily custodial activities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across various facilities. As a supervisor, you will motivate and manage a dedicated team of cleaning staff, coordinate industrial and commercial cleaning projects, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Your leadership will directly contribute to maintaining a pristine environment that promotes health, safety, and satisfaction for all occupants and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across multiple areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and sanitation tools.
- Handle chemical agents safely by following all chemical handling safety procedures and maintaining proper storage and disposal practices.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks using safe lifting practices to move furniture, supplies, or equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through buffing, polishing, and floor care techniques to ensure a professional appearance.
- Operate janitorial equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Support facilities maintenance activities by reporting repairs or hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all occupants.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing cleaning requests professionally and courteously, fostering a positive experience for staff and visitors.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and industrial cleaning tools is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and chemical handling safety procedures is essential for ensuring safe operations.
- Experience with facilities maintenance or general upkeep tasks will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques or porter responsibilities can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while managing heavy lifting requirements confidently is necessary.
