Donco 3 Construction is hiring Laborer Apprentices who want to learn the concrete construction trade.
No previous concrete experience is required. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are willing to learn, take direction, and build a long-term career in construction.
Laborer Apprentices work alongside experienced Foremen, Laborers, and Concrete Finishers while learning:

Jobsite safety and construction fundamentals

Hand and power tool use
-
Concrete forming
-
Rebar and reinforcing
-
Concrete placement and finishing
-
Footings, foundations, walls, and slabs
-
Saw cutting and concrete cleanup
-
Blueprint reading and layout
-
Equipment operation as training progresses
-
Dependable and ready to work
-
Willing to learn a skilled trade
-
Able to take direction
-
Comfortable with physical, outdoor construction work

Safety-minded and team-oriented
Experience is not required. A willingness to learn is.

1-3 Year Experience:
Form footings, walls, slabs, and other concrete structures

Prepare areas for concrete placement

Place and assist with finishing concrete using hand tools

Set and strip concrete forms

Install and tie reinforcing steel

Perform slab preparation and flatwork

Saw cut concrete
-
Use concrete vibrators, grinders, drills, jackhammers, and other tools

Use lasers and smart levels

Assist Concrete Finishers during pours

Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
