The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for driving strategic growth, increasing occupancy, expanding referral networks, and developing partnerships across the organization's skilled nursing and rehab centers portfolio in PG County, Montgomery County, North Virginia, and DC. This executive develops and executes growth strategies, leads business development and marketing initiatives, and collaborates with operational and clinical leadership to achieve revenue, occupancy, and market share goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, health systems, post-acute providers, managed care organizations, and community partners.
- Lead business development, admissions, and marketing teams to achieve performance goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and service line expansion initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, referral data, and business performance metrics.
- Collaborate with executive and operational leadership to align growth initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Develop and manage business development budgets, forecasts, and executive reports.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical marketing practices.
Qualifications
Regional skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care experience
Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
