About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your duties will include:
Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment throughout scheduled shifts
Helping residents with personal hygiene
Observing residents and reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
Documenting resident food and fluid intake
Assisting residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
Making residents' beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
Transporting residents within the facility
Assisting nurses and other staff as needed
Requirements:
Current and valid CNA certification
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills
Good collaboration and teamwork skills
Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
Keen attention to detail
In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for several medical conditions
Physical strength and stamina
First aid and CPR certifications
