In this role, you'll be responsible for completing work orders in a timely manner — including repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, and paint — while delivering excellent customer service to our residents. You'll work closely with our maintenance and office teams, keep property managers informed of any issues, and help ensure our properties are well-maintained and our residents are taken care of.
