Do you have professional delivery driver experience, a clean driving record, and a strong customer‑first attitude? Cumberland International Trucks is seeking a dependable, personable Parts Delivery Driver to support our Nashville location.
This role is a vital link between our Parts Department and our customers. You’ll ensure parts are delivered accurately, safely, and on time—while building strong relationships and supporting warehouse operations. We stock an extensive inventory of medium‑ and heavy‑duty Class 7–8 truck parts, serving wholesale and retail customers throughout the region.
As a Parts Delivery Driver, you’ll support both customer service and warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet customers professionally and build positive, long‑term relationships
- Receive delivery orders throughout the day and prioritize routes efficiently
- Deliver and pick up parts accurately and on time, ensuring safe transport and handling
- Load and unload parts from the delivery vehicle as needed
- Maintain accountability for customer cores
- Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate pick tickets and delivery documentation
- Operate and maintain the company delivery vehicle according to company policies
- Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and report concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Assist with warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping parts
- Assist in checking, verifying, and filling customer orders accurately
- Follow accident reporting procedures and communicate vehicle issues to the Stock Control Supervisor
- Complete additional warehouse or department tasks as assigned
This position reports to the Stock Control Supervisor.
- Professional delivery driving experience required
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Reliable, organized team player with attention to detail
- Self‑motivated with solid written and verbal communication skills
- Warehouse experience (pulling, stocking, or shipping inventory) preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft programs and applications preferred
