WHO YOU ARE
- You’re passionate about enhancing each guest’s beauty and wellness journey
- You’re skilled in your craft — whether it’s skincare, massage, or makeup artistry

- You’re licensed and certified in your field, with current and valid credentials

- You bring at least one year of hands-on experience in a spa or beauty setting
PAY & BENEFITS
- Competitive Commission Pay: Earn $28–$57 per service based on type and duration (35% start) — before tips and upgrades.
- Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy work-life balance with stress-free time off — minimum 2 days a week and with a 10 day notice, and we’ll help cover your shift.
- Merit-Based Raises: Grow on your terms — performance reviews and raises are based on your hours and dedication.

- Our spa is growing, and appointment volume can vary. Are you comfortable with a schedule where some days may have multiple clients and other days may have limited or no bookings that day?
- As an appointment-only spa, client bookings may occur on short notice. On the days you choose to work, are you able to report to Posh Petite Spa within 90 minutes of being contacted for a same-day or last-minute appointment?
- As Posh Petite Spa continues to grow, team members are encouraged to help increase brand awareness through their personal and professional networks. Are you willing to support the spa's growth through social media promotion, word-of-mouth referrals, and occasional distribution of marketing materials and gift cards?
