Duties
- Safely operate flatbed and tow trucks to load, secure, and transport vehicles following cargo securement protocols
- Ensure safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks, adhering to safety guidelines and mechanical best practices
- Execute vehicle recovery towing operations for various scenarios, including accident scenes or breakdowns
- Maintain clear communication with customers, providing excellent service while managing conflict situations professionally
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety standards and cargo securement protocols
Skills
- Strong background AND experience operating flatbed and tow trucks
- Knowledge of cargo securement protocols, safe vehicle loading techniques, and vehicle recovery towing procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict calmly and effectively
- Ability to perform car towing, load & unload operations safely while adhering to all safety regulations
