Reporting to the Head of Asset Management the Director / Sr Manager of Asset Management will play a central role in driving portfolio performance during a period of accelerated growth and transformation. Specific duties:

Lead the execution of asset‑level business plans across a diversified residential portfolio, with a focus on net operating income (NOI) growth and value creation

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial performance analysis across assigned assets

Identify and implement revenue enhancement, expense optimization, and operational improvement initiatives

Partner closely with Investments, Operations, Leasing, Finance, and Market Research teams to ensure alignment from acquisition through disposition

Support acquisition due diligence and disposition strategy, including underwriting assumptions, operational insights, and broker coordination

Prepare and present performance reporting to internal leadership, investment committees, and capital partners

Mentor and develop Asset Management talent as part of a broader team build‑out
