Inventory Associate
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Prior inventory experience in a legal cannabis dispensary
- Working knowledge of METRC
- Familiarity with Dutchie POS
- Understanding of NYS OCM compliance regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be 21+ and eligible to work in NYS
Responsibilities:
- Intake and track inventory in METRC
- Maintain accurate inventory in Dutchie
- Perform audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with NYS OCM storage, labeling, and tracking rules
- Coordinate compliant intake from licensed vendors (Part-Time & Full-Time)
Starting Pay: $22/hour (entry level)
Budtender Position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cannabis or regulated retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
- Must be 21+ and eligible to work in NYS
Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on cannabis products (non-medical)
- Process transactions using Dutchie POS
- Verify ID and customer eligibility
- Follow all NYS OCM sales and compliance guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor
