We’re a fast-growing independent dealer operation in Charlotte looking for a true A-Level Technician - someone with the diagnostic ability, experience, and leadership mindset to become part of the “brain” of the shop.
Now, first… this isn’t endless customer-pay chaos or drowning in warranty paperwork all day.
Most of our work is internal recon on newer-model import vehicles, which means you’ll spend more time solving problems and less time dealing with the nonsense that makes most techs miserable in the first place.
You’ll also be working alongside a younger, hungry team with strong parts support, organized systems, steady workflow, and leadership that actually respects what great technicians bring to the table.

✅ HERE’S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS:
- $110K–$150K/year earning potential
- No weekends (Monday–Friday schedule only)
- Little to no warranty headaches (Mostly internal recon work)
- Strong parts support (Two solid techs helping keep workflow moving)
- Steady flow of newer-model vehicles (Mostly import SUVs and cars in the 2021–2023 range)
- Clean, organized shop (Modern scan tools and structured systems)
- 10 days PTO after 90 days (Additional PTO earned over time)

✔︎ 5-DAY WORK WEEK (NO WEEKENDS!) – Monday–Friday schedule so you can actually enjoy your life outside the shop.
✔︎ WE WILL KEEP YOU BUSY – Steady flow of internal recon work with 100–120 vehicles/month moving through the operation.
✔︎ YOU WILL LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY – You’ll work on a wide variety of import and domestic vehicles instead of the same repetitive warranty jobs over and over.
✔︎ YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED (OPEN-DOOR POLICY) – Decision makers are onsite, communication is direct, and your opinion actually matters here.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE:
- 5+ years of experience in a professional auto repair facility or dealership
- Strong diagnostic ability across multiple makes and models
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable helping mentor and support younger techs when needed
- Experience with drivability, electrical, and deeper diagnostic work
- Positive attitude and no-drama mentality
- Team player who takes pride in doing things the right way
- Valid driver’s license and your own tools
- Someone who wants more than just another dead-end flat-rate job
