Removal of damaged ceiling materials Removal and replacement of damaged roof decking Ceiling framing repair and structural reinforcement in affected area. Installation of new R-30 batt insulation Installation of new 1/2" drywall Tape, float, sand, and Level 3 drywall finish Match existing orange peel ceiling texture. Prime and paint repaired ceiling areas Localized fascia inspection and repair allowance in affected exterior section
