We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Client Manager / Assistant to join our professional team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support management of home remodeling projects. Having your own transportation is a must. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess some general knowledge of home improvement, sales, and customer management. Duties
- Manage client communications, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Assist with research, pickups, and other tasks
- Spreadsheet management, data entry, and phone calls
- Provide administrative support including transcription, proofreading, maintaining calendars, and managing phone etiquette
- Having a background in sales is ideal and willingness to learn quickly is a major asset
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
