About Us
Kidichic Inc. is a growing children’s fashion company seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Purchasing & Product Administrative Assistant to support our purchasing and product management team. This is an office-based position for someone who enjoys working with data, product information, and coordinating multiple projects.
Responsibilities
* Assist with purchasing and ordering fashion merchandise from
* vendors.
* Prepare and manage purchase orders.
* Create and organize product barcodes and labels.
* Upload product information, purchase orders, and related data into company software.
* Prepare CPC (Children’s Product Certificates) and GCC (General Certificates of Conformity) for imported products.
* Maintain accurate product records, pricing, and documentation.
* Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure orders and product information are complete and accurate.
* Provide administrative support for the purchasing department.
* Perform other office and purchasing-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong computer and data entry skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in purchasing, administrative support, inventory, importing, or product management is a plus.
* Experience in the apparel or fashion industry is preferred but not required.
