Personal Care Aide/Med Tech Part Time or Full Time
Time: 1st, and 3rd shift openings
Shift Differential available for 2nd and 3rd shift
EERC is a Personal Care Community located at 1300 E King St, Lancaster PA 17602

Training Provided
Job Responsibilities include
Providing direct care to residents following the directions of the prescriber.
Assisting & monitoring residents of various levels of need with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, hygiene and toiletry needs
Conducting rounds to check on resident needs
Following direction of supervisors and working as a member of a care team
Participating in the development of resident care plans
Assisting residents to doctors’ appointments
Additional Skills required
HS Diploma or GED is required
CPR/First Aid Certification (training available on-site at Evergreen Estates)
Proficient communication skills
Ability to work as a team of caregivers
High standards of ethics and personal accountability
Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs routinely
Positive attitude
Applicants must have reliable transportation.
All applicants will be required to pass background check and drug-screen.
Direct care/caregiver experience preferred, training provided
