Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install new appliances and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct troubleshooting for complex mechanical issues, utilizing schematics and technical documentation to identify root causes.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment between sites as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate repairs during scheduled downtime or emergency situations while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
- Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC & appliance technology to troubleshoot effectively.
- Skilled in appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, air conditioning repair, and general mechanical systems repair.
- HVAC/EPA Certification required
- CPO Certification preferred
- Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices across various equipment types.
- Ability to operate construction tools and company vehicles safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to guide junior technicians or assist in training new staff.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
