Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Technicians to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-quality service, keeping their vehicles running smoothly and safely. Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Repair and maintain various vehicle systems such as engines, transmissions, suspensions, electrical wiring, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical problems effectively.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension system repairs.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools safely and efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines and powertrain components to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete auto estimating procedures and provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience or service technician background with a strong understanding of automotive repair procedures.
- Hands-on experience with automotive electrical systems, schematics interpretation, and diagnostics software.
- Knowledge of vehicle transmission system repair, vehicle suspension system repair, and alignment techniques.
- Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with diesel engines, ADAS technology, and automotive wiring diagrams is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools effectively.
- Prior experience in auto estimating or customer service roles within an automotive setting is a plus.
