Location: Dialysis Center of Lincoln
Experience Needed: None – We train you!
Training: 12 weeks of paid, hands-on training
Starting rate is $19.42. Goes up based on healthcare experience

What You’ll Do
Care for up to 4 patients at a time
Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis
Record vital signs and observations
Set up and clean dialysis machines
Build long-term relationships with patients and your team
Your Schedule
Shifts start as early as 4:15 AM
Work 3–4 days/week
Shifts are typically 10–12 hours
Closed Sundays
Every other Saturday required

What You Need
High school diploma or GED
Must be 19+ years old (Nebraska requirement)
Enroll in Nebraska Dialysis Technician Registry upon hire
Earn national certification (CCHT via NNCC) within 18 months
