Our growing cleaning company is looking for a motivated and reliable Manager to help lead operations across South Jersey.
This role starts with hands-on cleaning training so you fully understand our systems, team, and standards before moving into more leadership responsibilities.
Position Includes:
- Professional cleaning (training period)
- On-call support for cleanings across multiple counties
- Sales and quoting new jobs
- Training and supporting new cleaners
- Helping grow commercial and residential accounts
- Managing job quality and customer satisfaction
Areas We Service:
Burlington County
Gloucester County
Camden County
Cumberland County
Schedule:
- Day and evening availability required
- 30 hours per week after training
- 1 weekend per month required
