Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the main host to plan, script, and produce compelling podcast episodes that align with our brand voice and audience interests
- Manage all aspects of audio and video recording sessions, including operation of broadcast studio equipment and lighting for video production
- Edit audio and video content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite, and other editing tools to ensure high-quality output
- Conduct research and interpret complex topics to craft engaging stories that captivate listeners
- Oversee post-production processes including sound mixing, visual editing, and adding graphics or subtitles as needed
- Manage social media platforms by creating promotional content, engaging with followers, and expanding our audience reach
- Maintain technical proficiency in broadcast studio operations, ensuring smooth recording sessions and troubleshooting equipment issues promptly
