Job Summary

Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions using techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct patient assessments to understand their health concerns, pain points, and treatment goals
- Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans
- Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to support ongoing wellness
- Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, patient progress, and treatment outcomes
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical personnel when necessary to optimize patient care
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing
- Proven experience in patient service with a focus on customer satisfaction and care excellence
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
- Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is preferred
- Excellent communication skills for patient assessment and education purposes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
