This is a wonderful opportunity for a mature minded individual to join a team of dedicated hearing healthcare professionals in our nationally award winning Triad offices.
We are looking for an individual confident in using a computer, and comfortable with technology. This new team member must have at least some medical insurance knowledge as it pertains to understanding a patient's benefits. No worries; comprehensive training is provided in this wonderful working atmosphere! We are looking for dedication, honesty, a "go getter" as well as loyalty to potentially help build a longtime career for this special hire!
Job Duties include:
· answering the phones to make appointments and to build relationships with incoming patients
· checking patients in and out accurately within a computer system
· receiving payment for services rendered
· training to clean and troubleshoot hearing aids to better assist our patients daily.

Office Hours
- Monday - Friday: 8:30-5
- possible travel one day a week to offices within 30 minutes of Winston Salem
Qualifications
- Friendly, clear voice on the phone
- Ability to work well within a small team
- Ability to multitask
- High school Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical office experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
