Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Driver (26ft Box Truck) to safely operate company vehicles and work alongside a moving crew on local and regional jobs.
This is a hands-on role that includes both driving and active participation in the move, loading, unloading, and safely handling furniture and household goods throughout the day.
We are specifically seeking candidates with recent moving industry experience (minimum 1–2 years required, preferably more).
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a 26ft box truck to and from job sites
- Assist with loading, unloading, wrapping, and protecting furniture/items
- Work as part of a moving crew to complete jobs efficiently and on time
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Maintain company standards for safety, care, and professionalism
- Help deliver a smooth, stress-free moving experience
What We’re Looking For (REQUIRED)
- Recent moving company experience (minimum 1–2 years required)
- Proven experience driving a 26ft box truck (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, carrying, moving furniture)
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to take initiative and work without constant supervision
DOT Certification:
Not required at time of hire. Candidates must be willing and able to obtain DOT certification after onboarding if needed.
Preferred (PLUS):
- Additional moving experience beyond minimum requirement
