About Our Practice
At Pacific Family Dental, we believe exceptional dental care starts the moment a patient reaches out to us. We are a patient-centered practice committed to creating a calm, welcoming, and organized environment. We don’t just treat teeth; we build long-term relationships.
We are seeking a Patient Concierge & Front Office Specialist who takes genuine pride in order, consistency, and hospitality. If you love step-by-step systems, thrive on keeping daily operations running smoothly, and bring a warm, reassuring presence to every phone call and patient greeting, this is your place to shine.
Are You the Perfect Fit?
- Systematic & Organized: You love checklists, standardized procedures, and keeping things immaculate. You get satisfaction from clean schedules, balanced end-of-day accounts, and zero loose ends.
- Calm & Reliable Anchor: You bring steady, soothing energy to the office. You aren't flustered by a busy waiting area, and you love predictable, well-structured daily routines.
- Warm & Empathetic Communicator: You listen more than you speak. You naturally make patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for from the moment they step through the door or call our desk.
- Detail-Oriented & Precise: You gather the facts accurately without over-complicating things. You enter patient data cleanly into our software and ensure financial agreements and payments are handled seamlessly.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- First Impressions & Intake: Answer incoming phone calls with warmth and professionalism, converting initial inquiries into scheduled appointments through relational discovery calls.
- Patient Check-In & Hospitality: Warmly welcome patients as they arrive, ensure their paperwork is complete, and set a comfortable, relaxing tone for their visit.
- Patient Check-Out & Collections: Confidently process patient co-pays and balances at checkout, schedule follow-up appointments, and ensure transparent financial interactions.
- Schedule & System Maintenance: Execute daily front-office checklists (opening/closing routines), verify daily schedules, and keep digital patient records up to date.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with our clinical team and Treatment Coordinator to ensure smooth patient handoffs between the operatory and the front desk.
- What We Require
- 1+ years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role (Dental/Medical experience is a plus, but personality and work ethic matter most!).
What We Offer
- Competitive Hourly Rate + Performance Incentives.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays.

- A supportive, appreciative team culture with clear, established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
