The contract Merch Services Project Analyst will drive the day-to-day execution of project requirements. This assignment is pivotal in supporting project development by collecting and consolidating information from field partners and ensuring "behind-the-scenes" operational readiness. The contractor reviews and validates project data within MLX, interprets technical planograms, and coordinates the essential logistics—including labor and direct-to-site orders—that make project implementation possible. This assignment demands a professional capable of managing high-volume tasks and complex data within a fast-paced environment.
Key Tasks
- Collect and consolidate information from field partners to support project development and ensure data integrity.
- Review and validate project readiness within MLX, ensuring all milestones and requirements are met.
- Review and interpret store planograms to facilitate accurate execution at the field level.
- Coordinate labor scheduling, outbound shipping, and direct-to-site orders to ensure materials and personnel are in place.
- Provide essential support to field partners with scheduling, technical reporting, and resolving ad hoc execution issues.
- Track progress and analyze results, providing the raw data and post-implementation outcomes used for project reporting.
- Ensure all project documentation, database entries, and access controls are up-to-date and accurate.

- Work Location: on-site 9am to 6 supporting Western division. I am flexible to 8-5.
o Project Management Western/Southern Division: Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing all phases from intake through execution and post-project support.
o Project Intake: Review and ensure all plans are approved by the requester. Upload and track drawings and design issues as needed, managing project status updates through each approval phase.
o Budget & Cost Planning: Develop comprehensive all-in cost estimates, determining material, IT, camera, and fire suppression requirements to ensure accurate financial planning. Obtain funding information and maintain master list integrity.
o Material Coordination: Build detailed MBOMs (Material Bills of Materials) for FCPM review during pre-con walks to identify all necessary components prior to execution.
o Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors including Bailiwick, DSI, Gatekeeper, and fire suppression partners to ensure readiness and timely execution of resets and labor order creation
o Procurement & Logistics: Order and manage all materials and IT equipment (if applicable) required for resets, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with project schedules.
o Pre-Execution Support: Resolve pre-execution issues following pre-con walks to ensure smooth execution.
o Issue Resolution: Escalate any post-execution issues to the IRT team and provide ongoing support until resolution.
o Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong working relationships with RMM and FCPM teams to drive alignment, accountability, and successful project outcomes.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
