ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative:
- Assist with scheduling and group assignments for Autism Scholarship clients
- Assist with clinical decisions regarding shared clients in collaboration with other assigned BCBAs
- Provide supervision and ongoing training to all IA/ RBTs that run Scholarship (ASP) classrooms
- Coordination of Care (School):
- Complete quarterly IEP progress reports
- Complete requests for IEP goal suggestions and present levels of performance (PLOP)
- Attend IEP and ETR meetings
- Ensuring compliance with homeschool requirements for school age clients
- Updating and maintaining client portfolios, including photographs and permanent products, at least bi-weekly
- Ensuring all required content areas are met and documented in the weekly curriculum
- Ensuring all client attendance is documented to show hours requirements are being met
- Coordinate meetings and observations with school districts when requested
- Complete grades and any additional district requirements for clients attending on a school contract
- Coordination of Care (Clinic and Families):
- Coordinate overlapping goals between ABA and Austism Scholarship , monitoring for duplicate targets/programs
- Collaborate on behavior plans and toileting plans
- Set up quarterly progress conferences with parents and ABA BCBAs
- Goals and Record Keeping:
- Review IEPs and input goals according to OTABA format
- Perform fidelity checks on IEP and ASP-related targets
- Update IEP and classroom related programs in Catalyst
- IEP goals
- Social and Group from VB-MAPP/etc.
- Checklist goals and goals related to state standards
- Review programming changes with teachers
- Complete/monitor completion of education assessments
- Assessments may be completed by BCBA supervisees, with review from supervisor
- Curriculum:
- Create weekly curriculum aligned with ODE standards/ extended standards and common core (if applicable)
- Train teachers on curriculum in weekly meetings
- Ensure teachers have necessary materials to complete curriculum, assigning materials creation as needed
- Assist staff in differentiating curriculum according to client needs and level
- Submit requests for materials for monthly purchase order as necessary
Requirements: Must be a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
Pay: $87,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
