Position Summary
The Line Cook prepares high-quality food safely, efficiently, and consistently according to recipes and company standards. This role works closely with the kitchen team to ensure excellent food quality, smooth service, and a clean, organized workspace.
Responsibilities
Prepare menu items according to recipes and specifications.

Operate grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, sauté stations, and other kitchen equipment safely.

Maintain food quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation standards.

Stock, organize, label, date, store, and rotate products properly.

Keep workstations clean, sanitary, and organized throughout each shift.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and safety procedures.

Complete opening and closing duties accurately.

Communicate professionally with managers and coworkers.

Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed.

Support team members during busy periods and help maintain a positive work environment.

Attend scheduled meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
2+ years of kitchen or line cook experience preferred.

Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures.

Ability to follow recipes and portion standards consistently.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
