New Home Sales Representative wanted for busy Sebring homebuilder
Are you a dynamic, motivated individual with a passion for real estate and helping people find their dream homes? If so, we want you to join our team as a New Home Sales Representative!

Our commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the industry. As we expand, we're looking for one more amazing, talented sales professional to help us grow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Take all sales calls that come into our office. Explain what we offer, take applications over the phone to prequalify the clients.
- Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and guide them through the home buying process. Once pre-qualified, show them available homes they qualify for.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and industry partners.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and our product offerings.
- Participate in community events.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Preferably bilingual
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, ability to learn new programs and use of Google Suites.
- Outside the box thinker that will aggressively pursue new sales instead of waiting for them to fall in your lap.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
- Real estate license is a plus, but not required.
- Organizational skills to manage leads and maintain follow-up effectiveness.
