- QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements for employment:
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Strong background in SAT- and ACT-level mathematics (numbers and operations; algebra and functions; geometry and measurement; data analysis, statistics, and probability)
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to pass a screening test over all relevant subject matter

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist high school students in the mastery of relevant subjects
- Teach daily lessons according to Elite curriculum
- Instruct multiple students in a small-group tutoring or classroom setting (class sizes range from 3-25 students)
- Monitor and record student progress
COMPENSATION & PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT Employment is on a part-time basis. Compensation is commensurate with experience. The average Elite instructor works 10-30 hours per week during the summer session and 5-10 hours per week during the school year.
